Ticketing & Refunds
All ticket refund requests are governed by the operator's microclimate policy. If the cableway closes due to wind, we can guide you through the revalidation or refund process at our Long Street office.

Table Mountain offers ramp access at both stations. For specialized transport needs or large mobility groups, please notify us 48 hours in advance for coordination.
Professional Media
Filming and commercial photography on the sandstone plateau require permits from SANParks. We assist in initiating the application process for local and international crews.
